The teacher’s abilities are judged by the improvement in weak students.
I believe in personal attention and improvement of each and every student. Right now, we are focusing on online coaching to class 10th (Mathematics, Science & Social Science) CBSE board. Different homework for every student. Hopefully, different batches for different students so that we can deal separately with weak students.
Being a mediocre but an actively answering student in the class, I know and understand the weak points of mediocre students. The entry test I conduct is specifically to probe and assess the weakness of students.
In the last 11 years, I have observed that quite a few students have problem with how to solve question paper and once they know it and practice it, they come up with flying colours in the examination. But mostly the real struggle is with those who know the answers but cannot EXPRESS it in the proper way in the examination to score marks. The plethora of problems ranging from wrong food preferences, health issues during exams, bad handwriting to exam phobia. These all problems take certain amount of time to overcome as we all know that we all are slaves of our habits, now the habits may be good or bad.
So I actually prepare students from 8th Grade so that they are well prepared in three years to face the board exams. Positive thinking, affirmations and motivation is what a student needs and we provide at our institute.

My success story
Starting up
A well begun is half done, but to gain momentum, to move a huge boulder was not a cake walk. Only passion was the reason to choose teaching over any other lucrative profession. The will to create my own student is what kept my spirits up and going. As they say, in this world nothing and I mean no job is easier if you want to do it with complete faith and being loyal to your conscience. Starting with a few students was not easy for survival but I believed that the universe will help me because of WYDIWYG (what you do is what you get). Teaching made me learn and encouraged students to take interest in science propagation which got me more students by goodwill and word of mouth.
My Struggle
In the beginning, I used to thoroughly prepare before every lecture. Over a period of couple of years, I was thorough with the syllabus as well as with most expected questions in board exam. Even after teaching in simplest manner, the way each student understood it and expressed it was unique (carelessness, unwillingness to study, bad handwriting, terrible diagrams, incomplete answers etc.) The solution to this was to treat every student differently. I started strongly believing in my students and assessed weekly tests by the perspective that what made it to write an answer in such a way. I realised that each student is blessed with different levels of reasoning abilities.
Success
Socio-economically a teacher always remains there from where he started, it’s only the experience that adds up. A teacher evolves mentally and then grows intellectually. My success lies only in creating knowledgeable, responsible, proactive students. Now as per the paradigm shift, I am continuing my journey of teaching 100s of students online and enlightening kids with knowledge and making them believe that simplicity is the beauty of physics.
